At 1228Teez, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each product is custom-printed just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email address] with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will offer a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
Wrong Address If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost Packages If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
