At 1228Teez, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each product is custom-printed just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at 1228teez@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. If a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can work with the carrier to investigate.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
